How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are made and shipped within 2–5 business days. After that, shipping typically takes 3–6 business days for U.S. orders. Shipping time for international orders varies by country.

Does everything ship together?

Often, but not always. Because we make each item on demand, different products may come from different fulfillment centers. If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages — that’s normal.

What’s your return policy?

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly not up to standard, that’s a blunder on our side. We’ll fix it fast with a replacement or refund.

For sizing issues, please check the size chart — since everything is printed on demand, we can’t always swap sizes.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Send us a quick message with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Do you give refunds?

Yes — for any manufacturing error or shipping damage. Not usually for choosing the wrong size or changing your mind after ordering (everything gets made specifically for you).

But if you’re unsure, message us — we’re people, not engines.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, consider going up one — especially if you like a relaxed fit for long tournament days.

Where do you ship?

Pretty much anywhere you can set up a board. Shipping times vary depending on the location.

Why print-on-demand?

Because stocking thousands of shirts in every size is… well… a losing position. POD keeps things sustainable, lets us release new designs often, and ensures your item is made fresh.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Only if you catch us early — once production starts, it's too late. Reach out right away and we’ll try to intercept.
